An Assessement Tool for ENG 200

Symbol of Protection from http://www.angelfire.com/pa2/sacredspiral/. It is used through the web site as a link to course objectives.

The same film can be analyzed from a variety of perspectives. For example, Travis Pelto analyzed Pound in terms of mise en scene while Jeri Campbell analyzed the film in terms of photography.

You will write an analysis of a film that has previously been chosen by one of your colleagues from this semester or a previous semester. For the "Short Film Analysis (Response)," you may respond to any film listed in the Film Index or a film selected by a colleague this semester which has not yet been posted in the index.

Please note the point of view from which the film has already been analyzed. You must select a point of view different from one that has already been chosen. For example, while you may choose to analyze Pound, you may not analyze it in terms of mise en scene because Travis Pelto has already provided this analysis.
