On 21 April 2008, my ancient world history students organized "Genghis Khan: Incading a Library Near You." Here, a student explains his research to Dr. Deborah Daiek, Dean of the Learning Support Services. |

I believe in having students share their research, writing, and other projects with real audiences. Two ways I encourage this is by having students participate in campus activities and by publishing student work.
During this semester, you will benefit from being able to view the work from previous students and I hope that your work will be available to future students.
I work under the assumption that it is acceptable for me to publish any of your work at the web site I have created to promote student work. If your work is published, I will also create a student home page for you on this web site.
During the semester, I will provide you with more information about this web site and what I need to create your home page.
Please note: If you choose not to have your quality work published, that is your choice. There is no grade penalty for doing so. However, you will be asked to share some assignments with your class colleagues.
